PCB Design & Fabrication Engineer – Multilayer & DFM/DFT

About the role

We are seeking an innovative PCB Design and Fabrication Engineer to create high‑quality multilayer board layouts and define manufacturing processes that ensure reliability and cost‑efficiency. The role combines CAD expertise with a strong analytical mindset to translate complex concepts into robust physical boards.

Key responsibilities

• Create complex, multilayer PCB designs using professional CAD tools.
• Define fabrication parameters and establish testing standards for production.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage PCB production and quality.
• Analyze board failures and implement design improvements for manufacturability and reliability.
• Optimize layouts for signal integrity and thermal management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in PCB design and manufacturing.
• Analytical mindset with experience in failure analysis and design improvement.

Required skills

• Altium Designer, KiCAD, or Eagle CAD software.
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
• Design for Testing (DFT) principles.
• PCB failure analysis.
• Signal integrity analysis.
• Thermal management of PCB designs.
