Part‑Time Lecturer – Enterprises Management

About the role

The Institut d'Enseignement Supérieur de Ruhengeri (INES Ruhengeri), a higher‑education institution in Musanze District, Rwanda, is recruiting part‑time teaching staff for the Enterprises Management department for the 2025‑2026 academic year. The selected candidate will be expected to deliver lectures and tutorials to university students and contribute to the department’s academic activities.

Required profile

• Hold a PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the higher‑education level (preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, including classroom management.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications in teaching.
• Record of research and publications (desirable).
• Availability to teach during assigned day and weekend sessions.
