Operations Manager (Rwanda)

About the role

Inkomoko is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Rwanda office. Reporting to the Country Managing Director and working closely with the Regional Operations Director, you will ensure that administrative and operational processes are efficient, cost‑effective, and aligned with the organization’s mission to support entrepreneurs across East and Central Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the country.
• Develop and execute operational growth plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and opportunities, proposing solutions to enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, local regulations, and international standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect clients, staff, assets, and reputation.
• Oversee daily office operations, facilities management, and logistics for all locations in Rwanda.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a non‑profit or development context.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
