Marketing Manager – Rwanda

About the role

Yango Group is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead execution of brand and growth initiatives in Rwanda. The role combines campaign management, event organization, partnership building and localised communication across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise marketing campaigns across performance, social and offline channels.
• Organise and execute events and activations for drivers and passengers, ensuring flawless delivery.
• Build and manage partnerships with telecoms, banks, restaurants, influencers and event organisers.
• Localise Yango communications on social media, CRM, and other touchpoints.
• Report results, competitor activity and local market insights to headquarters.
• Administer contracts, budgets and promotional codes with accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience in agency, digital, events or social media.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities, able to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and the local language.
• Energetic, proactive and resilient mindset comfortable with a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience managing Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp channels.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for customer engagement.
