Maintenance Manager – Equipment Maintenance (M/F)

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will lead equipment maintenance activities across multiple sites, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical and hydraulic assets are serviced efficiently and safely. This role coordinates resources, monitors performance, and reports to senior management to meet operational deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for quarry and construction equipment.
• Identify maintenance needs, allocate personnel and material resources, and track work orders.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular maintenance performance reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment availability and reduce downtime.

Required profile

• Higher education in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing maintenance of quarry or construction equipment.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and autonomous decision‑making skills.
