IT Operations Administrator – Rwanda

About the role

One Acre Fund is looking for an IT Operations Administrator to support its Rwanda program. You will help increase impact per farmer by ensuring reliable technology services and efficient field support across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for end‑user devices, networks and IT services, resolving incidents and service requests promptly.
• Administer and maintain laptops, tablets, mobile devices and network infrastructure in line with service standards.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards and operational procedures.
• Manage medium‑complexity IT projects, defining plans, timelines and stakeholder responsibilities while coordinating internal teams, vendors and partners.
• Support implementation of new technologies, system upgrades and infrastructure improvements following best‑practice project management.
• Coordinate routine IT operational activities such as device maintenance, inventory management, system performance monitoring and data quality initiatives.
• Monitor service performance, maintain accurate IT asset records and contribute to continuous improvement through automation and standardisation.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in team and project management.
• Strong technical background in endpoint and network management.
• Proven ability to deliver IT support and manage projects in a fast‑moving environment.
