Immigration Sales Representative – Commission Only

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Immigration Sales Representative to join our team on a commission‑only basis. In this role you will combine sales expertise with a solid understanding of immigration processes to guide prospective clients toward the right immigration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients, assess their immigration needs and promote our immigration services.
• Provide accurate, up‑to‑date advice on immigration laws, policies and procedural changes.
• Prepare and review immigration applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction throughout the process.
• Collaborate with lawyers, paralegals and other team members to resolve complex cases and improve internal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a similar advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories and application procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues in documentation.
