HRIS Helpdesk Specialist KSSC

About the role

The HRIS Helpdesk Specialist provides first‑line support to HR 4YOU users across Africa Global Logistics Rwanda Limited. Working from the Kigali office, you will ensure smooth daily operations of the HRIS platform by handling queries, troubleshooting incidents, and guiding users on self‑service functionalities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to internal service tickets, phone calls and urgent requests from employees, managers and HR/Payroll teams.
• Diagnose and resolve Level 1 incidents such as login problems, password resets and portal navigation issues.
• Guide users on routine HR 4YOU tasks including payslip access, leave requests, personal data updates and certificate generation.
• Document all interactions in the ticketing system and escalate complex cases to Level 2 support.
• Maintain and enrich the user support knowledge base.
• Collect feedback to drive continuous improvement of the user experience.
• Monitor HRIS and related technology trends and report data inconsistencies.
• Produce Level 1 performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll or HR administration, including post‑payroll processes and self‑service tools.
• Experience with at least one HR/Payroll/Time‑and‑Attendance system (e.g., SAP HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.).
• Previous involvement in an HRIS implementation project is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and writing abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
