HR & HQ Solutions Solution Expert

About the role

Join the ASCENS KIGALI team at Africa Global Logistics and lead the design, deployment and maintenance of HR and HQ business solutions. You will work in a multicultural environment supporting 250 subsidiaries across Africa and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational maintenance of existing solutions.
• Deploy new solutions or add functionalities to current platforms.
• Lead and supervise a team of developers, administrators and support resources.
• Provide strategic guidance aligned with team objectives.
• Guarantee compliance with internal IT processes.
• Support users by gathering business needs, assessing requests, contributing to functional specifications, and prioritising development tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in IT or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in solution delivery and a total of 4 years of professional experience.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of business applications such as TPRM, HR, Compliance and QHSE.
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration.
