Health Partnership Coordinator – Rwanda

About the role

Zipline is seeking a Health Partnership Coordinator to lead demand and supply generation for its drone‑delivery services in Rwanda. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will act as the primary liaison between Zipline and health facilities, ensuring seamless integration of our logistics platform into regional health systems.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for health facilities, addressing issues promptly and championing user feedback.
• Analyze order and delivery data, conduct on‑site visits, and deliver tailored training to increase service utilization.
• Support execution of use‑case growth plans to expand adoption across the territory.
• Respond to facility concerns about drop‑off points and coordinate internal teams for resolution.
• Identify, assess, and propose new delivery drop‑off locations to boost demand and last‑mile delivery opportunities.
• Develop and execute customer engagement plans to strengthen relationships and enhance Zipline’s brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and customer success, preferably within the health sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret delivery data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and training skills for diverse health‑facility audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven environment.
