Growth and Accounts Manager

About the role

The Growth and Accounts Manager will be based in Kigali and will own the relationship with key mining customers using Minetech’s digital platform. The role focuses on client satisfaction, retention, and expanding the use of the solution across existing accounts while also supporting new business acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow strategic accounts in the mining sector, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Lead onboarding, training and ongoing support in partnership with the technical team.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and contribute to sales strategies.
• Track account performance, prepare reports, forecasts and gather feedback for product improvement.
• Represent Minetech Rwanda at industry events, stakeholder meetings and client visits.

Required profile

• Proven account management and B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or industrial settings.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to turn data into growth plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client‑facing interactions.
• Interest or experience in mining, infrastructure, or industrial technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and travel within Rwanda and the region.
