About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. As the primary voice for our brand, you will interact with French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, delivering clear information and building lasting trust.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across calls and chat.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
