French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, handling inbound calls, live chat and email while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide voice and chat support in French and English, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a customer-first mindset and document solutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce systems.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
