About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to provide remote support for a mobile phone rental service in France. You will handle inbound calls, answer user questions, and ensure a smooth rental experience while working from your home office.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and address inquiries related to mobile phone rentals.
- Deliver clear, friendly, and professional communication in French and English.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up as needed.
- Accurately document each interaction in the internal system.
- Adhere to company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
Required profile
- Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1) proficiency.
- Previous experience in customer support or inbound call handling.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and independent‑working abilities.
- Availability Monday‑Friday, 3–4 hours per day within 09:00‑18:00 CEST.
Required skills
- Stable wired (LAN) internet connection.
- Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or macOS 14.
- Minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, and 10 GB free disk space.
- Wired USB headset.
