French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers via phone and live chat, delivering friendly, clear, and professional assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support to French‑ and English‑speaking customers through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide users step‑by‑step, and resolve inquiries related to orders, products, and technical problems.
• Log every interaction in the ticketing system and maintain high data quality.
• Identify recurring trends, share feedback, and help improve support processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar help‑desk tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
