Forensic and Fraud Prevention Manager

About the role

The Forensic and Fraud Prevention Manager will support the business in achieving its strategic objectives by leading fraud management initiatives, conducting forensic analyses, and ensuring robust fraud detection across all products and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Perform forensic analysis on fraud‑related incidents and create forensic images of involved devices.
• Implement and oversee monitoring systems to detect suspicious activities promptly.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to prevent fraud and recover losses.
• Collect and preserve data for internal investigations and external agencies.
• Establish relationships with law‑enforcement agencies to facilitate effective incident response.
• Prepare detailed reports on fraud incidents, trends, and mitigation efforts for senior management and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fraud monitoring processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in security or fraud‑related roles, including work with national security organisations.
• Minimum five years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of fraud detection, investigation techniques, and security policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interviewing, and report‑writing skills.
• Security‑oriented, results‑driven attitude.
