Foreman I (Structure and Finishings)

About the role

The Foreman I (Structure and Finishings) will lead on‑site organization, control, and monitoring of construction tasks, ensuring that human and material resources are effectively managed to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily construction activities across all phases of the project.
• Allocate tasks to teams, monitor progress, and adjust resources as needed.
• Identify and resolve anomalies, implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Communicate status updates and issues to senior management.

Required profile

• 9th grade education or technical‑professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction and building works.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, civil engineering, and high‑rise mixed‑use projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documents.
• Proficiency in English and a solid HSE culture.
