Facilitator for Entrepreneurship Capacity Building Training

About the role
UN Women Rwanda is seeking a dynamic Facilitator to lead entrepreneurship capacity‑building training under the WE‑Collabo Hub Project. The role focuses on empowering women‑owned MSMEs by delivering practical knowledge, mentorship and networking opportunities that strengthen their businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Design, adapt and deliver training modules on entrepreneurship, business development and financial inclusion.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, coaching sessions and mentorship activities for women entrepreneurs.
- Coordinate with project partners, mentors and UN Women staff to ensure seamless program implementation.
- Monitor participant progress, collect feedback and produce reports on training outcomes.
- Support linkages to market opportunities, innovation ecosystems and digital tools.
Required profile
- Proven experience in entrepreneurship training, business development or MSME support, preferably with women‑led enterprises.
- Strong understanding of Rwanda’s economic and gender‑equality context.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and intercultural skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Facilitation and curriculum development.
- Knowledge of entrepreneurship concepts and MSME dynamics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using virtual training platforms such as Zoom.
