Draftsman (m/f) – Construction Design Specialist

About the role

The Draftsman will analyse project execution, study preparation phases and identify required materials and work volumes. Working closely with senior engineers, you will ensure that drawings and site implementation align with project specifications and established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse execution, study and preparation projects to determine material needs and work volume.
• Identify incompatibilities between specialties and propose alternative technical solutions.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings that reflect project specifics.
• Support on‑site implementation, verifying compliance with drawings.
• Collaborate with the Measuring and Planning department to resolve errors, omissions and verify work progress.
• Produce reinforcement drawings based on structural designs.

Required profile

• Technical‑professional qualification in Construction Work Preparation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar drafting roles within civil construction.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Rigorous, reliable and able to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as project demands.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (minimum 5 years).
• Advanced knowledge of Revit (minimum 5 years).
