Customer Success Manager – Fintech Solutions

About the role

Optasia is looking for a senior Customer Success Manager to own the success, growth and long‑term value of strategic mobile‑operator accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior commercial leaders, representing our AI‑powered lending and credit‑scoring portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead retention, expansion and value realization for a portfolio of strategic telecom and fintech customers.
• Serve as the primary senior‑level point of contact, conducting executive reviews and success planning.
• Define and execute customer‑success strategies aligned with contractual commitments and business objectives.
• Own health metrics, SLA outcomes and proactively resolve risks or escalations.
• Identify renewal, cross‑sell and optimization opportunities in partnership with sales and account teams.
• Collaborate with product, operations, finance and service teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Mentor and guide Customer Success Managers and Account Managers on strategy and performance.
• Provide executive‑level reporting, insights and recommendations on account performance.
• Contribute to the evolution of the customer‑success model, processes and service standards.

Required profile

• Significant experience in customer success, account management or commercial roles within fintech or telecom sectors.
• Deep understanding of telecom operator business models and fintech lending solutions.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable business impact.
