Client Engagement & Operations Officer

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for managing day‑to‑day client engagement and operational activities in our Kigali office. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensure smooth delivery of services, and support the overall functioning of the co‑working space.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain office operations, including supplies, equipment, and coordination with other departments.
• Keep accurate records, generate reports, and perform general administrative tasks.
• Monitor customer product usage, billing, and service delivery metrics to guarantee timely fulfillment.
• Understand technical aspects of our products and liaise with internal experts for issue resolution.
• Interact directly with clients: sell services, guide product selection, handle inquiries, support billing, and schedule meetings.
• Assist customer support and operations teams with service issues and requests.
• Provide detailed product and service information to sales leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Operations, or a technical role.
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and empathy.
• Proven ability to monitor customer metrics and report operational data.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
