Business Leader

About the role

Samsung Electronics Rwanda is seeking a Business Leader to take overall responsibility for the Consumer Electronics and Mobile Experience business in the country. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring the availability of Samsung products across all distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans for Consumer Electronics (CE) and Mobile Experience (MX) in Rwanda.
• Manage the Rwanda business budget, continuously reviewing resources and forecasts.
• Introduce new Samsung products to the market in line with strategic direction.
• Achieve sell‑in and sell‑out targets while increasing volume and value market share.
• Maintain Samsung’s competitive advantage and apply best practices across the business.
• Oversee distributor, channel, and field‑force relationship management, including pricing, supply‑chain, and revenue management.
• Lead channel partner conferences and provide market intelligence, benchmarking, and performance reports.
• Drive process and system improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Prepare regular management reports and ensure financial controls are in place.
