Business Development Associate – AI Tax Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to drive growth for our AI‑powered tax compliance solution, Sora Tax AI, in Rwanda. Based in Kigali, you will lead client engagement, digital brand positioning and the commercialization of the product across key social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and submit technical and financial proposals, tender documents, articles and project briefs.
• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram and X to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to define and achieve monthly KPIs.
• Explain the value proposition of Sora Tax AI to prospective clients and partners.
• Utilise Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Canva to produce high‑quality written and visual materials.
• Support photography and video editing tasks when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in proposal, tender and project writing.
• Background in business development, sales or marketing.
• Strong digital and social media aptitude with a focus on measurable results.
• Interest in technology and ability to communicate AI concepts clearly.
• Comfort working against clear KPIs and delivering monthly reports.
