Behavioral Health Coach (Remote – Rwanda)

About the role

Join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a Behavioral Health Coach, providing 30‑minute video sessions that support clients’ mental wellbeing and personal development. This freelance, remote position offers flexible business hours and the chance to supplement existing practice or employment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one mental health coaching sessions via video, focusing on sub‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, and work‑life balance.
• Assist clients in defining personal, career, and relationship goals and create actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team, offering feedback to improve the coaching program and platform.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification with a minimum of 200 coaching hours, or a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling with at least 300 clinical hours post‑graduation.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), adult counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.
