Architectural Draftsman – Interior Fit‑Out Specialist

About the role

The Architectural Draftsman will create precise shop, detailed and as‑built drawings for interior fit‑out projects. Working closely with architects, engineers, consultants and site teams, you will ensure that design intent is accurately translated into construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural shop, detailed and as‑built drawings for interior fit‑out works.
• Develop fit‑out detailing for partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery and finishes.
• Review IFC drawings and update them according to site conditions and consultant comments.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural and MEP teams to resolve design clashes.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards and client requirements.
• Support material submittals and maintain drawing revision registers.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in architectural drafting for interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of shop‑drawing production, construction detailing and multidisciplinary coordination.
