Young Talent Development Program

About the role

Vivo Energy Rwanda is launching a 12‑month Young Talent Program for recent graduates. Participants will rotate through key departments, gaining real responsibilities from day one while being mentored by industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Work on cross‑functional projects within finance, retail, supply chain, IT, engineering, HR, legal, health & safety, marketing and communication.
• Apply classroom knowledge to real‑world challenges and contribute to sustainable growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (or up to 1 year post‑graduation) with a relevant degree such as Business, Finance, Logistics, etc.
• Curious, proactive, strong communicator with problem‑solving abilities and a passion for the energy sector.
