Warehouse Manager – Rwanda

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations at our facility in Rwanda. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring accurate inventory, and coordinating the flow of goods from receipt to dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and supervise staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of stock movements.
• Implement warehouse safety and security procedures.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Prepare warehouse reports and operational updates.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Rwanda labor and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Experience in team leadership and warehouse operations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
