Scale Innovations Intern

About the role

Join the Scale Innovations team at One Acre Fund as an intern and help drive agricultural innovation across Rwanda. You will own product trials from design through evaluation while supporting Project Specialists on a variety of scale‑innovation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support trial implementation and field operations, coordinating activities with field teams, farmers, and stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking performance indicators, monitoring product adoption, and conducting surveys and interviews.
• Help prepare training materials, farmer lists, surveys, and other trial‑related tools.
• Maintain trial data, update tracking systems, and compile weekly reports on observations and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Recent high‑performing African graduate interested in agriculture and innovation.
• Willingness to work onsite in field settings and engage directly with farmers.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to follow structured processes.
