About the role
Ibiciro is seeking a Sales Specialist to boost brand awareness, attract users and grow its marketplace in Rwanda. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Kigali and focuses on driving user acquisition across farmers, traders, buyers and businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase platform visibility.
- Create and manage content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and optimise for better engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Required profile
- Strong communication and creative content development abilities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and collaborate across functions.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Kigali.
Required skills
- Experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager or similar marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign performance tracking.
