Order Operations Specialist – Rwanda

About the role

Zipline is seeking an Order Operations Specialist in Rwanda to support its US‑based partner network. The role focuses on creating and maintaining restaurant menus, processing customer orders, and ensuring smooth workflows across extended operating hours.

Key responsibilities

• Create and continuously update restaurant and retail partner menus, including price changes, item availability, and descriptions.
• Perform weekly menu edits and incorporate partner updates to maintain accuracy.
• Intake, verify, and process customer orders quickly through partner ordering platforms.
• Confirm order receipt, accuracy, and fulfillment with partners.
• Coordinate with restaurant and retail partners to resolve any order‑related issues.
• Maintain high standards of service for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Required profile
