Lead Backend Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Backend Developer to join our product team in Hudsonmouth, Rwanda. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to shape the user experience and deliver high‑quality design artifacts that drive product success.

Key responsibilities

• Deeply understand the technology and features of the assigned product area.
• Provide human and business impact insights through research.
• Create deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Communicate UX findings clearly to design teams, product stakeholders, and other interested team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of industry experience in interactive or visual design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and awareness of mobile, communications, and collaboration trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
