IT & Security Administrator

About the role

The IT & Security Administrator ensures day‑to‑day technology operations run smoothly while maintaining strong security practices across all internal systems. You will provide hands‑on technical support, manage user access, and keep the Kigali office’s IT environment reliable and well‑documented.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for hardware, software and SaaS tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Teams and Google Workspace.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including device provisioning, account creation and secure de‑provisioning.
• Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, mobile devices and office connectivity for the Kigali location.
• Maintain IT documentation, internal procedures and assist with system updates.
• Support security initiatives like phishing protection, multi‑factor authentication and monitor for suspicious activity.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in IT support, help‑desk or systems administration.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Working knowledge of user access management and device setup.
• Basic understanding of IT security fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.

What we offer

• Base salary between RF 400,000 and RF 450,000 per month.
• Performance incentive up to 10 % of base salary.
