Impact Officer – Kigali, Rwanda

About the role

The Impact Officer will support the implementation of RTP's global impact framework at the country level in Rwanda. Working closely with program teams and partners, you will coordinate monitoring activities, ensure data quality, and turn insights into actionable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate routine monitoring, data collection and data quality checks across assigned programs and projects.
• Prepare and deliver regular impact reports and learning briefs for internal and donor audiences.
• Provide practical Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) support to program teams and partners.
• Facilitate accountability and feedback mechanisms under the guidance of the Impact Manager.
• Assist in turning raw data into clear insights to drive program improvement and donor accountability.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences, Development Studies or related fields.
• Experience in coordinating data collection and reporting in development or humanitarian programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
