Health Partnership Coordinator

About the role

The Health Partnership Coordinator drives demand and supply generation while managing stakeholders across Rwanda. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the role ensures Zipline’s drone delivery services are adopted by health facilities, integrated into regional health systems, and championed by local communities.

Key responsibilities

• Demand Generation: serve as primary liaison for health facilities, resolve issues quickly, analyze order and delivery data, conduct visits and tailored training, support use‑case growth plans, respond to drop‑off concerns, propose new delivery points, and execute engagement plans to boost utilization.
• Supply Generation: build strong relationships with regional and district health directors, EPI coordinators and other health stakeholders, integrate Zipline services into supply planning, maintain buffer stock at the nest, coordinate medical and vaccine campaigns, and keep stakeholder database up‑to‑date.
• Stakeholder Management & Community Engagement: develop trusted relationships with community, political and regulatory leaders, plan and execute community events (e.g., blood drives, health fairs), partner with S&P for nest tours and media visits, represent Zipline in regional meetings, and prepare periodic stakeholder reports with insights.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in partnerships, customer service, or other client‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships in Rwanda.
• Strong knowledge of Rwanda’s healthcare system and agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing proposals, reports and presentations.
• Data‑driven mindset to translate insights into strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with conversion skills to create external champions of Zipline.
• Experience working with local communities on health‑system or development projects.
• Collaborative approach, grit, resourcefulness and resilience in changing environments.
• Legal right to work in Rwanda.
