Field Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and revenue growth by planning and executing regionally aligned marketing programs that support sales objectives. The role bridges sales, marketing, and partners, translating corporate messaging into high‑impact, localized campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize regional field marketing programs aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets.
• Partner closely with regional sales leadership to define go‑to‑market priorities, target accounts, and campaign focus.
• Own end‑to‑end execution of field events such as executive roundtables, customer workshops, industry conferences, partner events, and roadshows.
• Collaborate with alliance and channel partners on joint marketing initiatives and co‑branded campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, measuring pipeline, meetings, product adoption, and ROI.
