About the role
RwandAir is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the Assistant Manager Risk & Compliance position as part of its broader recruitment of senior and management‑level staff across the airline’s operations. The role is offered on a full‑time basis with locations in Rwanda and China, and applications are accepted until 26–28 August 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the airline’s operational, passenger services, support, materials and assets, airside operations, and commercial functions.

- Qualified and experienced professional interested in contributing to the growth, efficiency, safety, and operational excellence of a leading African airline.
