Shared Service Center Analyst – Due Diligence & Third‑Party Screening

About the role

The Shared Service Center Analyst will lead due‑diligence and third‑party screening activities for Africa Global Logistics Rwanda Limited. Working within the Shared Services Center, you will evaluate the integrity of clients, suppliers, agents and other partners to ensure ethical and legal business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive due‑diligence reviews on all third parties in line with internal compliance policies.
• Monitor and screen against international sanctions lists (EU, US, UK, UN, etc.).
• Perform ad‑hoc third‑party screenings using specialized tools and open‑source research.
• Maintain and update risk assessments in the risk‑management system.
• Support the Group Senior Compliance Officer and regional compliance delegates with screening requests.
• Prepare weekly activity reports for the Shared Services Center Manager.
• Archive screening results and related documentation in the Central Compliance SharePoint.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Department on sanctions and export‑control matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Compliance, Business Intelligence or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in due‑diligence or third‑party screening, preferably in the private sector.
• Knowledge of export‑control regulations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research and synthesis abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
