Quantity Surveyor (m/f)

About the role

The company is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to support economic planning, procurement, staffing and accurate client invoicing on construction projects in Rwanda. The role involves detailed measurement of work, workload analysis and preparation of monthly progress reports in collaboration with the site engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quantity surveying sheets for economic planning, procurement and staffing.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure correct invoicing to the client.
• Conduct task‑level quantity surveys to determine actual workload for contract execution.
• Carry out monthly surveys of completed work and draft surveying sheets according to site engineer specifications.

Required profile

• Professional training in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum five years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Knowledge of contract and customer management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong planning, organization, analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
