HR Data Automation & Reporting Manager

About the role

The HR Data Automation & Reporting Manager will lead the design, development, and deployment of automated HR processes to improve data reliability, streamline operations, and support the digital transformation of the HR function.

Key responsibilities

• Identify manual, recurring HR processes with high automation potential and design end‑to‑end automated solutions.
• Automate data flows between HR systems and reporting tools, reducing operational risks and manual errors.
• Define and maintain data quality rules, implement automated quality checks, and ensure reliable data for reporting and dashboards.
• Create highly automated HR reports and dynamic dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Centralize multi‑country HR data, build scalable data models, and ensure traceability from source to output.
• Collaborate with local HR, IT/Data, and Group HR teams, providing support and training on new tools.
