Foreman I (Structure and Finishings)

About the role

The Foreman I (Structure and Finishings) will lead the organization, control, and monitoring of construction tasks, ensuring that human and material resources are efficiently managed to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate daily construction activities across all phases of the project.
• Allocate tasks to crews, monitor progress and adjust resources as needed.
• Identify, communicate and resolve any anomalies or deviations, implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards on site.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and time spent.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other stakeholders to interpret drawings and project specifications.

Required profile

• 9th grade education or a technical‑professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction and building works, preferably on high‑rise and mixed‑use projects with high‑standard finishes.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, civil engineering principles and drawing interpretation.
• Good command of English.
• Demonstrated commitment to HSE culture and a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
