B1 Licensed A330 Engineer – Long‑Term Contract in East Africa

About the role

Excel Technical Consulting is seeking B1‑licensed A330 engineers to join a long‑term contract supporting line and base maintenance certification for a well‑known client in East Africa. The assignment starts in July and follows a 4‑on/2‑off week rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform certification and release tasks for A330 aircraft on both line and base maintenance platforms.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance checks and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Required profile

• B1 licence holder with a minimum of three years experience on the A330 Trent 700 engine.
• Holding an A320 type rating is considered beneficial.
• Willingness to work onsite in East Africa on a rotating schedule.
