Country Operations & Business Development Leader – Rwanda

About the role

We are seeking a Country Operations & Business Development Leader for Rwanda to drive pipeline and revenue growth. The role will act as the bridge between sales, marketing and partners, translating corporate messaging into localized campaigns that accelerate demand and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a localized growth strategy for Rwanda aligned with the global vision.
• Build and nurture relationships with government agencies, enterprise clients and key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
• Establish and scale local operations, including site setup, hiring and process implementation.
• Represent TeKnowledge at industry events and act as the face of the company in Rwanda, supporting potential expansion into neighboring East African markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market entry and business development, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong network and ability to open doors with government and enterprise partners.
• Demonstrated capability to build and lead local teams and operational functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
