Volunteer HR & Administration Roles (Remote)

About the role

The Malcolms Anatomy Foundation is looking for dedicated volunteers to strengthen its HR & Administration functions. Two remote positions are available: an HR & Administration Lead (minimum 4 hours per week) and a Support Team Member (minimum 3 hours per week). Both roles focus on improving volunteer management and supporting the Foundation’s growth across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Lead: coordinate recruitment, review applications, schedule interviews, support onboarding, maintain volunteer records, manage contact information, track staffing needs, develop HR policies, supervise support members, and submit reports.
• Support: assist with recruitment communications, schedule interviews, support onboarding activities, maintain databases, update contact information, perform administrative tasks assigned by the Lead, and help with departmental reporting.

Required profile

• Lead: experience in Human Resources, Administration, Recruitment, or Volunteer Management; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to coordinate tasks remotely; leadership or team‑management experience is a plus.
• Support: interest in HR, Administration, or Volunteer Management; good communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a remote setting; prior experience is welcome but not required.
