Hair Transplant Surgeon – Full‑time, Kigali

About the role

Neoderma Clinica is seeking a full‑time Hair Transplant Surgeon to join its multidisciplinary team in Kigali. The specialist will lead patient consultations, diagnose hair and scalp disorders, and perform advanced hair restoration procedures using modern techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and hair‑loss assessments.
• Diagnose various forms of alopecia and related scalp conditions.
• Develop individualized medical and surgical treatment plans.
• Perform Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT), and other advanced hair transplantation procedures.
• Design natural‑looking hairlines and ensure aesthetic outcomes.
• Supervise and train transplant technicians and nursing staff.
• Monitor post‑operative progress and provide thorough after‑care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid medical license.
• Specialized training and proven experience in hair transplantation surgery.
• Demonstrated proficiency in FUE and/or FUT techniques.
• Strong understanding of hair‑loss disorders, scalp health, and regenerative therapies.
• Excellent surgical precision and aesthetic judgment.
• Effective communication and patient‑consultation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team.
