Digital Solutions Manager

About the role

TechnoServe is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to lead TNS Labs, its internal innovation unit. Reporting to the Director of IT, you will drive the development and scaling of software and AI solutions that enhance the impact of agricultural and entrepreneurship programs worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Implement TNS Labs’ roadmap in partnership with the Director of IT, identifying high‑impact technological interventions.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of technology initiatives—from concept and pilot testing to regional scale‑up.
• Guide the design, execution, and iteration of pilot projects using a “test, learn, iterate” approach.
• Support digitization of training, remote learning tools, and data‑driven applications for high‑margin agriculture and entrepreneurship.
• Collaborate on business development, proposal writing, donor engagement, and presentation of technology solutions to funders.
• Document and share learnings, best practices, and case studies across the organization.

Required profile

• Hands‑on manager with experience leading technology‑focused teams in a nonprofit or development context.
• Proven ability to translate product vision into agile execution and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong track record of scaling software or AI solutions across multiple regions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and knowledge dissemination.
