Digital Project Manager

About the role

VisionFund is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead the development and execution of its VFR digital strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership to map out a roadmap that drives digital innovation and delivers measurable benefits to the organization and its beneficiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the VFR digital strategy and roadmap in partnership with the senior leadership team.
• Lead digital innovation initiatives, identify process improvements, and oversee implementation.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and control project deliverables, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Produce and manage project documentation including business cases, functional specifications, SmartSheets project plans, contracts, SOPs, training manuals, and post‑implementation reports.
• Prepare staff for change, communicate the digital transformation agenda, and ensure comprehensive training for internal and external users.
• Drive go‑to‑market strategy, oversee rollout of digital solutions, and track project status for senior stakeholders on a weekly basis.
• Manage project risks, expenditures, and KPIs, providing quarterly spend updates and post‑go‑live performance reviews.
• Conduct a six‑month post‑implementation review, document lessons learned, and recommend enhancements.
