Windows Community Forum Freelancer

About the role

Wicloud is looking for motivated freelancers to support the Windows Community Forum on Microsoft Learn. You will manage community threads, provide accurate solutions, and ensure a positive experience for users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review and respond to user questions in assigned Windows Community Forum threads.
• Research issues using approved knowledge bases and provide clear, solution‑oriented answers.
• Escalate unresolved or advanced cases to senior support or moderators and follow up as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to community guidelines and Microsoft Code of Conduct.

Required profile

• Strong written communication with a professional, respectful, and empathetic tone.
• Ability to follow community guidelines, procedures, and training materials closely.
• Attention to accuracy and detail, with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Experience in online support, customer service, community moderation, or technical troubleshooting is an advantage.
