Talent Acquisition Officer – Kigali, Rwanda

About the role

MSF Eastern Africa is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer based in Kigali, Rwanda. The role manages the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for both field and headquarters positions, partnering with operational directorates and hiring managers to attract and recruit high‑quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt recruitment approaches using technology, social media, networking and outreach activities to source high‑quality candidates.
• Conduct initial screening sessions for pre‑validated candidates as the first stage of the recruitment process.
• Manage recruitment systems and maintain talent pipelines.
• Analyse recruitment data and support employer‑branding initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within humanitarian or international organisations.
• Ability to collaborate with operational directorates and hiring managers.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting recruitment data.
• Commitment to safeguarding, diversity, equity and inclusion principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment technologies and social media platforms.
• Data analysis capability.
