Senior User Experience Designer (Motion, UI, UX & AI)

About the role

Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) is looking for a highly creative Senior User Experience Designer to shape intuitive, engaging digital experiences for its products and services. The role blends UI/UX design, motion graphics, animation, and AI‑assisted creativity to deliver solutions that align with RSSB’s strategic goals and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user‑centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create motion graphics and animated interactions that enhance usability and brand storytelling.
• Conduct user research, develop prototypes, and run usability tests to validate concepts.
• Integrate AI‑driven tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Adobe Firefly to accelerate ideation, content creation and prototyping.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital product design, motion graphics and design systems.
• Strong understanding of human‑centered design methodologies.
• Ability to work creatively under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams.
