Senior Construction Site Manager – Buildings

About the role
The Senior Construction Site Manager will lead the planning, coordination and control of all human and material resources on building projects, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality and legal standards. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role guarantees timely execution and maximises economic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise and optimise site activities for high‑rise building projects.
- Coordinate teams, subcontractors and material deliveries to meet schedule targets.
- Monitor safety, environmental and quality requirements on a daily basis.
- Control costs and resources to achieve defined economic goals.
- Support the Project Manager with progress reporting and issue resolution.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- More than 15 years of experience in building/structural construction site management.
- Proven experience with reinforced concrete and/or steel structures.
- Experience delivering high‑rise building projects.
- Familiarity with curtain‑wall systems and high‑quality architectural finishes.
- Strong analytical, planning and results‑oriented mindset.
- Leadership, communication and mobility for site assignments.
